  1. Hi Alyssa-
The colors on your blog really add to the feeling. I have to admit, when I watched your video, I figured that Paramore was not a band that I would be interested in, but you have done a great job explaining your love of them. Then today, looking going to school, I was actually surprised to see a song by them on my iPhone today, (one downloaded by my daughter) Nice job!

  2. It's interesting that you chose just a single band, and I'm a [small-time] fan of Paramore myself.
Given the small nature of the subject, I think it would be interesting if you touched on the impact Paramore has had on the music industry, or the influences that might have made Paramore what it is.

Nice design, though, rather matches the band.

  3. This band is really cool! Your video helps us to see that besides making good music, they're down to earth as well. They pay attention to their fans, which helps their image as a band. The color and texture of the background matches very well the type of band Paramore is. Great job!!

  4. HI. I liked the color of your blog since it matches her hair. I like the band a lot and this video makes me want to listen to their songs right at this moment. I love how you added pictures that are not only on magazines or from photo-shoots achieving to let the viewer know that this band is truly worth learning about. --sara tovar

  5. Cool blog first of all. It's layout fits well with the topic. Next, if you like Paramore try checking out the band Tonight Alive. They are an Australian band with a female singer (who is beautiful ha ha) very similar to Paramore. In the video when you bring up music videos and live performances I was hoping to see some actual video footage of those things. You can use a site like keepvid.com to pull videos from youtube. I think it would be ok to do this in your video as long as you site it in your post but I am not 100% sure on that, so take it with a grain of salt.

  6. The bold red color of your background really suits your topic well. Paramore is a pretty bold band and what bolder color to choose than red. Easy and really fun reads too.

I remember when I saw them open for Mae at the Avalon theater when they weren't as mainstream as they are now. Which brings me to ask...do you ever get turned away from a band that you discovered or isn't as popular when they go big and platinum? I find that that happens quite often.
